Last week the final valves for a huge metering skid have been delivered by the EVAC team, in total 30.000kg of steel!
In this valve package there were, among other valves, included:
12x 12" 900# trunnion DIB1 with Gearbox
6x 12" 900# trunnion DIB1 with AUMA drive
6x 3" 900# trunnion DIB1 with Gearbox
15x 2" 900# trunnion DIB1 with Gearbox

When an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen bookhas survived not only five centuries.but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining.

C5H Coating, Aanpassingen en Complete Assemblage door EVAC
All these valves and components were coated in the Netherlands in cooperation with our neighbouring partner, Christian Hazenberg from SiiS, with a C5H Coating in special colour Pigeon Grey.
Because there was a change in scope, we have altered the supports of the 12" valves to lower them with 30mm. The welding of in total 72 supports, was also done in EVAC workshop by the EVAC team.
For this valve project EVAC has done the engineering, project management, coating, 3d's&2d's, material databook and finally the assembly & FAT in our NL Workshop!
